Free Emeralds Tasks
Here, you can find answers to frequently asked questions about the free emeralds tasks.
Press the Free button near the Merchant to open the offer menu.
In this window, you will see four sections:

In the All section, you can find tasks for all platforms. Near each task, you can see an icon indicating the task platform:

Desktop;

;Android
-
iOS.

In the Desktop section, you can find tasks that you can complete right in your browser.

In the Android section, you can find tasks that you can complete on an Android device.

In the iOS section, you can find tasks that you can complete on an iOS device.
Note
If the task list is empty, it means there are no available tasks at the moment. Please note that the task list and rewards are determined individually for each player by the provider. That's why the information in the Free section may differ for each player.
If you would like to complete a task on your iOS/Android device, select the corresponding section. After that, choose a task and click it. You will see three different ways to send this task to your device:
Once you start doing the task, you will be able to track your progress. To see the task status, click the three stripes in the upper-left corner of the screen. You can find more detailed instructions here.
Note
To complete tasks on an iOS device, you need to activate IDFA. This is a random device identifier that advertisers use to deliver customized ads.
All Free emeralds tasks are provided and controlled by a third-party company, ayeT-Studios. Our Support team does not have access to these tasks.
If you have completed a task but have not gotten the reward, you need to double-check the task status and contact ayeT-Studios, if necessary.
To track the status of your task, click the three stripes in the upper-left corner of the window:
Then click Reward status:
There are three sections in this window:

The Rewarded section shows the tasks you have already received the reward for.

The Pending section shows the tasks you are still doing.

The Rejected section shows the tasks you cannot get a reward for since some conditions were not met.
Click the task to check the details of its progress. Here, you will find the date you started this task, its status, and the FAQ section:

All Free emeralds tasks are provided and controlled by a third-party company, ayeT-Studios.
Our Support team does not have access to these tasks. If you need to contact ayeT-Studios, follow the instructions below.

3. Find the task you have a question about and click it.
4. In the Support section, select the Submit support ticket option:
5. Follow the instructions to create a ticket to the ayeT-Studios Support team.
Note
Waiting for a reply from the ayeT-Studios Support team may increase and take some time due to heavy workloads. Their specialists will review your request, and you will receive a response to the email address you indicated in the request as soon as possible.
